The typical transverse momentum of a quark in the proton is basic property any QCD based model nucleon structure. However, calculations phenomenological models typically give rather small values momenta, which are difficult to reconcile with larger observed high energy experiments such as Drell-Yan reactions and Semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering. In this letter we calculate leading twist dependent distribution functions (TMDs) using generalization Adelaide group's relativistic formalism that has previously given good fits parton distributions.
